Change how you Feel
The law of vibration states that everything moves, nothing rests. This is applicable to us because we are energy just like everything else is energy.
Our energy is captured by our feelings. The feeling is the frequency you are vibrating at. At that frequency, you only get what is also on that frequency.
For example, does it happen to you that when you’re feeling angry, other negative things happen to you? Like you bump your toe, you have an argument with your partner, you snap at your kids or anyone you meet. They too get upset and everything just goes in a downward spiral? That is the effect of vibrating on a negative frequency I.e. staying in a negative feeling.
The opposite is also true, on a day when you are feeling great and walking on sunshine. You smile at everyone, you give your kids and spouse lots of hugs, everyone responds in kind and the good feeling inside you just seems to swell up inside you and your heart is full.
Therefore to change your vibration, you change your energy, you change your feeling. The key word is change. Anything that causes a change like opening up your curtains to let light come in, opening your window to let fresh air come in, getting up from where you are to another room etc all help to change your vibration, energy and feeling.
